Transfer of Sanistål shares from personal ownership to company ownership

Member of board of directors, Matthias Max Schön, Lübeck, Germany, has today transferred:

10,158 A-shares (unlisted) and 52,424 B-shares (ISIN code DK0010245661) in Sanistål A/S from personal ownership to ownership in the company Max Schön Verwaltungs GmbH.

The total market value of the B-shares amounts to DKK 24,377,160.00.

The company is 100% owned by Matthias Max Schön.

Matthias Max Schön still holds 7,450 B-shares in Sanistål A/S in personal ownership.
