The Company has been informed by its Manager, JPMorgan Funds Limited, that Mr Timothy Parton, the named investment manager of the Company's growth portfolio, has given notice that he intends to retire in early 2024. Mr Parton will continue with his existing responsibilities until his retirement. 

The Company will make an announcement regarding the agreed successor to Mr Parton in due course.
