SUBJECT: Appointment of new Member of the Board of Directors

We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors at a meeting held on 07 August 2019, unanimously approved and appointed as new member of the Board of Directors of Dome Investments Public Company Ltd, Mrs. Chryso Tsokkou as Executive Director with effect from 08 August 2019.

Chryso Tsokkou was born in Paralimni. She graduated from the University of London Kings College with a MSc in Human Resource Management and Organizational Analysis and a BA in Management Studies from the University of Leicester. She is an outstanding graduate of Paralimni High School and also served as President of Paralimni High School. In 2005 she completed her studies, returned to Cyprus and worked in all departments of A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Ltd, gaining significant experience. Aiming to gain more experience from other large organizations, from 2006 to 2007, she worked at DIAS as a Client Service Manager. In 2007 she returned to A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Ltd where she is still working as a Director. She is an active member of various professional and charitable organizations. In particular, she is a member of the Board of Directors of A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Ltd, Corporate Governance Compliance Officer and Investor Liaison Officer of A. Tsokkos Hotels Public Ltd, Member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Broadcasting Authority, Cyprus Ambassador in Tourism, Member of the Institute of Hospitality (HCIMA), Treasurer of the PASYXE Famagusta Board of Directors, a member of the 'The She Experts' women's platform of the Mediterranean Institute for Gender Studies (MIGS Cyprus), a member of the Charity and Love Center Charity PA), a member of the Cyprus Hospitality Board, as well as many other professional. cultural and charitable organizations. She was Vice-Chairman of the District Committee of Famagusta DIKO for the period 2013-2018. She also participates in international exhibitions, attends seminars and training sessions and writes for the daily press. She is married to Dimitris E. Papaevelthontos, with whom they have four children, Anastasia, Evelthon, Andreas and Christopher.
