We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited (the «Company»), will meet on Thursday, September 12, 2019 to examine and approve the unaudited Financial Statement for the six months period ended June 30, 2019, pursuant to the Cyprus Stock Exchange Law and Regulations, as well as the Transparency Requirements (Shares Listed on a Regulated Market) Law 2007 and 2013.
