The Company incorrectly announced on 7 July 2022 (RNS No 7600R) that following a market purchase of 7,200 of its own Ordinary shares of 25p each, it held 520,608 Ordinary shares in treasury. The correct number of shares held in treasury is 520,808.

Correction: Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that on 7th July 2022 it made a market purchase of 7,200 of its own Ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 0.02% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). The shares were bought at 692.22292p per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
