ANNOUNCEMENT

Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc, Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc, Ermes Department Stores Plc και Cyprus Limni Resorts & Golfcourses Plc

We refer to our earlier announcements, in particular our announcement dated April 25, 2019, in which we informed shareholders and the investing public that the agreement dated 11.12.2018 with the Bank of Cyprus, for disposal to investment funds and investment companies controlled and related to the Bank of Cyprus, of real estate property of the CTC Group companies, which is mutually beneficial, was in the process of implementation.

It was reported at the time that the implementation of this agreement was made gradually due to bureaucratic procedures for issuing approvals by the competent Authorities, and that for the protection of the investing public the Group Companies would disclose the Audited Financial Statements immediately after the completion of all outstanding transactions based on the above mentioned agreement.

At this stage we wish to inform shareholders and the investing public that despite delays, not to the fault of the parties, we are at an advanced stage in the implementation of the agreement and expect that it will be completed in the next 2-3 months, at which time the Financial Statements will be published and the Annual General Meetings of the CTC Group Companies will be convened.
