Subject: Notification of disposal of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with clause 430 of Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on disposal of 1.760 own shares (0,0419 % of the share capital) on September 19, 2017, based on the Agreement of the transfer of own shares of the Company, concluded with the employees of the Company, in accordance with the decision of the Management Board of the Company taken at the meeting held on September 5, 2017, as an award for succesful work in year 2016.

Before this disposal, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 25.561, which represents 0,5920% of the share capital of the Company.

Aftert this disposal, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 23.801, which represents 0,5667 % of the share capital of the Company.
