Subiect: Notification on acquisition of the Company's shares by an instructed person

According to article 464 of the Capital Market Law, AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) hereby publishes an information on acquisiton of the Company's shares by an instructed person:

On September 19, 2017 Mrs. Zoja Crnečki, Member of the Supervisory Board of AD PLASTIK d.d., has acquired 80 shares of the Company at the price of 163,75 HRK per share, in the total amount of 13.100,00 HRK, based on the Agreement on the transfer of shares of the Company. The acquired shares represent 0,0019% of share capital of the Company. After these transactions Mrs. Zoja Crnečki owns a total of 80 shares of the Company.
