During my professional career I had extensive contact and close cooperation with financial institutions including the Central Bank. At the same time I dealt extensively with payment systems and other relevant issues. The Cyprus Stock Exchange is also acting as the Central Depositing and Clearing House of the country, which is also under the responsibility of the CEO of the exchange and as such it was acting as the relevant payment system.
