Annual Financial Report 2022

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and Disclosure and Transparency Rules 4.1.14 and 6.2.2 Montanaro European Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc (the "Company") confirms that its annual financial report for the year ended 31 March 2022 (the "Annual Report") has been submitted in the required structured reporting format to the FCA's National Storage Mechanism and is available for  viewing at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

In accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required by DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report as uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website https://montanaro.co.uk/trust/montanaro-european-smaller-companies-investment-trust/, and as included in the announcement dated 24 June 2022 (RNS Number: 0428Q).
