Subject: Notification of acquisition of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d. Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company), according to article 430 of the Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on acquisiton of the 700 Company's own shares (0,0167 % of the share capital of the Company) on August 22, 2017, based on the transaction on the regulated market of Zagreb Stock Exchange, at an average price of 169,80 HRK.

Before this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounted to 24.861, which represents 0,5920% of the share capital of the Company.

After this acquisition, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 25.561, which represents 0,6087 % of the share capital of the Company.
