BLUE - lnterim Dividend Pavment to Shareholders

We wish to inform you that at a meeting held today, the Board of Directors decided the payment of lnterim Dividend from the profits of 2417.

The interim dividend will be €185.254 which corresponds to €0,012 per share or ⁷,060/o on the share nominal value.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders registered as at 1Oth October 2019 (record date). As a result, the ex-dividend date will be the 9th October 2019.

The interim dividend will be paid to the shareholders by the 18th October 2019.
