- Notice on commencement of the Supervisory Board members' term of office and naming of the President and Deputy President of the Supervisory Board

Greetings,

Hrvatska Poštanska Banka Plc (hereafter: the Bank) informs the investment community that the Croatian national bank issued a prior approval to perform the function of a member of the Bank's Supervisory Board to the members elected by the Bank's General Assembly's Decision on May 29th 2017., to a 4 (four) year term.

As of August 12th 2017, Supervisory Board consists of three members:

• 1. Željko Lovrinčević, Ph.D.
• 1. Marijana Vuraić Kudeljan, M. Sc.
• 1. Marijana Miličević, M. Econ.

On August 11th 2017 a constituting Supervisory Board meeting was held where Marijana Miličević was named president, while Željko Lovrinčević was named the Deputy president of the Supervisory Board.
