Subject: Publication of Audited Financial Statements of Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited for the vear 2018

Concerning the subject as mentioned above, and further to a previous postponement of the publication of the Company's audited financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2018, we would like to inform you as follows: During the commencement of 2019, Grant Thornton (Cyprus) Ltd have been appointed to act as our new group auditors.

Considering the significant workload and ongoing hard work from our financial team and auditors, for the preparation of the results of the financial statements for the year 2018, we should be obligated to inform you that the preparations have not yet been finalized!

We hereby inform you that we will publish the audited financial statements of the Company by the end of October 2019.

The intention of our Company is not to adversely affect the interests of its members in any way. We commit that we will do our best to have the audited financial statements ready for publication the soonest as possible.

We remain at your disposal for any clarifications you may need.
