Publication of the Audited Financial Statements for 2018

We hereby inform you that because of the resignation of the auditors of the company and the time consuming procedures in relation to the appointment of new auditors, the company is making every possible effort towards the publication of the Audited Financial Statements for 2018 as soon as possible.

The Board of the Directors would hereby like to inform the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the public that the relevant announcement will be made as soon as the preparation of the Audited Financial Statements is completed and not later than 20/12/2019.
