Pursuant to the provisions of Article 127 of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) hereby notifies that the unaudited consolidated and unconsolidated quarterly financial reports for the second quarter of 2017 and the half-year financial reports for the first half of 2017 were established during the Management Board meeting held on 24 July 2017.

The quarterly financial reports for the second quarter of 2017 and the half-year financial reports for the first half of 2017 shall be made public within the period prescribed by relevant regulations.
