Subject : Listing of the ordinary shares of Constantinou Bros Hotels Public Company Ltd subsidiaries, King's Head Development Plc, Paphos Stone C. Estates Plc and Layster Investments Plc, to the Emerging Companies Market (E.C.M.) of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE)

The Board of Directors (the" Board ") of Constantinou Bros Hotels Public Company Ltd (the" Company ", the" Group "), with this announcement would like to inform the investing public that the listing of the ordinary shares of its subsidiaries, King's Head Development Plc, Paphos Stone C. Estates Plc and Layster Investments Plc (the "Subsidiaries") has been concluded with the The Emerging Companies Market (E.C.M.) of the Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) and their trading commenced on October 25, 2019.

The listing of the Subsidiaries' titles in the E.C.M. enables the Subsidiary Companies and hence the Group to achieve their strategic objectives and any potential future financial support from potential investors, improving transparency and accountability as well.

However, it should be noted that the free trading status of shares of any Subsidiary Company provides an opportunity to third parties for significant redemption of its shares and such a development would have an impact on the ownership structure of the Group, and thus, possibly, to the activities and financial results of the Company and the rest of the Group's subsidiaries.

With the listing of the Subsidiaries, the Group's Board of Directors considers that the Group is in an advantageous position to realize its business plan and achieve its objectives.
