Considering already announced transaction regarding Company's increase of share capital, and with intention of attracting qualified investors, the Company will give management presentation to potential investors on July 17^th, 2017 on the Esplanade Hotel premises (hall "Istanbul"), Mihanović Street 1, Zagreb, starting at 10 am. Complete information on the process of issuing Company's new shares and the process of increasing of share capital will be contained in Informational Memorandum, which will be published at the latest by the time of entry of new shares.
