Poul Møller resigns and Henrik Brandt will be new Managing Director (CEO) in Royal Unibrew A/S.

At the same time the outlook for 2008 is reduced.

Managing Director (CEO) Poul Møller is resigning his position at Royal Unibrew A/S with immediate effect.

At the same time the Group is reducing the outlook for the annual results before tax and special items to 180‐200 MDKK compared to 220‐260 MDKK previously communicated, while the result before tax but after special items now is expected to be at the level of 110‐130 MDKK compared to 170‐210 MDKK pre‐ viously informed.

Henrik Brandt (53 years old) will take over as Managing Director (CEO) on 1 November 2008. Henrik Brandt has a significant experience as an Executive Director. Since 2003 Henrik Brandt has been Manag‐ ing Director for the medico group Unimedical with its headquarter in Denmark, but he will retire from this position by the end of September in connection with a transfer of ownership in the company to the American medico group ConvaTec. Previously, Henrik Brandt was Group Director in Skandinavisk To‐ bakskompagni A/S and Group Chief Executive of Sophus Berendsen A/S. Henrik Brandt has since 1998 been a member of the Supervisory Board of Royal Unibrew A/S. He is, furthermore, member of the Su‐ pervisory Board of Ferd AS, Norway.

CFO Ulrik Sørensen, Royal Unibrew, will as of today be appointed Managing Director (CEO) ad interim until Henrik Brandt takes over.

The Executive Board of Royal Unibrew A/S will from 1 November 2008 consist of Henrik Brandt (Manag‐ ing Director (CEO)), Hans Savonije (Executive Director of Northern Europe), and Ulrik Sørensen (CFO), as Povl Friis (Executive Director Technics & Supply) has tendered his resignation, cf. company an‐ nouncement RU 27/2008 of 19 June 2008.
