The public company Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc, in connection with its announcement of 29 October, 2019 and its earlier announcements, announces that the date of the Board of Directors convened for review, approval of the Accounts is postponed from 17 December, 2019, to 28 January, 2020, as the preparation of the 2018 Annual Financial Statements has not been completed.
At this new date of the Woolworth Board of Directors, the Six-Monthly Results of 2019 will also be examined.
Accordingly, the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled for 30 December, 2019, is postponed to 12 February, 2020.
