Mitsides Public Company Ltd announces that today, 18 December 2019, Mr Chrysostomos St. Mitsides, who owned 12,99% of the company's issued share capital, transferred 532,641 shares (representing a 6,5% share of the company's issued share capital) to his son George Mitsides.
