The Company, Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited announces that the lawsuits by the following companies ALKIS H. HADJIKYRIACOS (FROU-FROU BISCUITS LTD) PUBLIC LTD and FROU-FROU INVESTMENTS LTD are completely abusive, malicious and the intention is to blackmail the Company and the Board of Directors for their own purposes and benefits.

All matters are before the Court in an advanced stage and are expected to be resolved soon.

The Company has been operating based on international standards and having as external auditors Delloite and now Grand Thornton.
