ANNOUNCEMENT 23/12/2019: DECISIONS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mitsides Public Company Ltd announces that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 23/12/2019, reviewed the Group's operations, as well as issues of corporate governance and reorganization of the company's production units. The Board also studied and approved a sales/purchasing agreement of immovable property of the Serbian subsidiary Mitsides Point D.o.o.
