ANNOUNCEMENT

In connection with its announcement dated 16.12.19, the Company announces that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties Plc for the examination and announcement of the Annual Results for 2018 and the six-monthly results of 2019, which was scheduled for 28.1.2020, has been postponed.

The postponement was deemed appropriate in order to complete the ongoing transactions for the full implementation of the restructuring agreement with the Bank of Cyprus Group, dated 10.12.18, much of which has already been completed, as stated in previous announcements of the Company.

As a result of the above, the Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 12 February, 2020, will be postponed. With the finalization of the restructuring agreement, a new date will be set for the examination by the Board of Directors and the announcement of the 2018 Annual Accounts and the six monthly results of 2019, and the date of the Annual General Meeting.
