Subject: Notification of disposal of own shares

AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with clause 430 of Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on disposal of 565 own shares (0,013 % of the share capital) on May, 10, 2017, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company, concluded with the employees of the Company, in acccordance with the decision of the Management Board of the Company taken at the meeting held on April, 21, 2017, as an award for successful work in 2016 year.

After this disposal, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 27.299, which represents 0,650 % of the share capital of the Company.
