DIVIDEND PAYMENT APPROVAL

Intraware Investments Public Ltd announces that the shareholders of the Company at their meeting held on the 7 th of February 2020 approved the Board of Directors' proposal for the payment of a final dividend out of the profits of the first half of 2019 (6 months) of €756.543,25 corresponding to €18,91 per share.

The dividend shall be paid to the entitled shareholders of the Company who were registered on the CSE registry on the 21st of February 2020 (record date).

The share of the Company will be traded in the CSE ex-dividend as of the 20th of February 2020.

Investors that purchased shares at the CSE by close of business on the 19th of February 2020 (Last Cum Date) were entitled to the dividend.

It is noted that shareholders entitled to the dividend were also the holders of shares based on an off-exchange transfer that was completed by the record date.

Payment of the dividend shall be made (effected) until the 6th of March 2020.
