Subject: Publication of Semi-Annual Financial Report of Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited for the period between 1st January to 30th June 2019

In relation to the above-mentioned subject, and due to the delay which occurred in preparing the Company's audited financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2018, for reasons we have previously explained, we would like to inform you that the Company's Financial Team will require some more time to complete the preparation of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the period between 1st January 2019 and 31st June 2019.

We hereby inform you that we shall proceed with all possible efforts in order to be able to publish the Semi-Annual Financial Report of the Company by the 31st March 2020.

The intention of our Company is not to adversely affect the interests of its members in any way. We commit that we will do our best to have the Semi-Annual Financial Report ready for publication the soonest possible.
