Publication of the Audited Financial Report for 2018 and Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period ended 30/06/2019

We hereby inform you that because of the resignation of the auditors of the company and the time consuming procedures in relation to the appointment and the supply of all the information to the new auditors, Messrs. KPMG, the company is making every possible effort towards the publication of the Audited Financial Report for 2018 and Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period ended 30/06/2019 as soon as possible.

The Board of the Directors would hereby like to inform the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the public that the relevant announcement will be made as soon as the preparation of the Audited Financial Report for 2018 and Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period ended 30/06/2019 are completed and not later than 29/05/2020.
