Covid-19 impact on financial results for the year and suspension of the operations of the Rodon Mount Hotel & Resort

Agros Development Company "Proodos" Public Ltd hereby announces that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it is expected that there will be an impact on the financial results of the year, the size of which cannot be predicted at this time.

Based on a Ministerial Decision, the Rodon Mount Hotel & Resort suspends its operations until April 30, 2020.
