ANNOUNCEMENT

Agreement signed between the Rodon Mount Hotel & Resort and the Republic of Cyprus for accommodating permanent residents of Cyprus arriving from abroad and need to be self-confined due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Responding positively to the request by the State to assist in its efforts to manage the problem created by the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, Agros Development Company "Proodos" Public Ltd hereby announces that it has accepted the proposal and has signed an agreement with the Government of Cyprus, to accommodate permanent residents of Cyprus who arrive from abroad and need to be self-confined for a period of fourteen days.

At the same time, the Company would like to inform the public that the specific agreement could possibly reduce the negative impact on the financial results of the Company for the year, as announced on 16 March 2020.
