Subiect: Publication of Semi-Annual Financial Report of Rolandos Enterprises Public Limited for the period between 1st January to 30th June 2019

In relation to the above-mentioned subject, and following our previous announcement, we would like to inform you as follows.

After the new data and developments of COVID-19, we would like to inform you that our company has taken strict measures. The health of our staff is crucially important so we have decided to suspend all operations. Unfortunately, this resulted in the delay of the announcement of the Six-month Financial Reports for the period of June 30, 2019.

We intend to take all necessary measures to make a relevant publication of the Six-month Financial Reports for the period of June 30, 2019, as soon as the circumstances allow it.

The intention of our Company is not to adversely affect the interests of its members in any way.
