AEVIS VICTORIA SA: Acquisition of the building of Clinique Nescens Paris Spontini
AEVIS VICTORIA, through its French subsidiary SAS Clinique Spontini, announces that it has acquired the real estate company SCI François 1er and thus became the owner of the Clinique Nescens Paris Spontini building, located at 68bis rue Spontini, in the 16th Arrondissement of Paris. The market value of the building, with a gross surface area of 1’250m2, amounts to nearly EUR 15 million.
Clinique Nescens Paris Spontini is a specialised health establishment dedicated to aesthetic surgery, medicine and care. Dedicated exclusively to well-being and beauty, Clinique Nescens Paris Spontini offers a medical and hotel infrastructure that is highly appreciated by national and international clients and by the doctors and health professionals who work there.
