ANNOUNCEMENT

Subject: Delay in submitting financial results of the Company for the year end 31 December 2019

The Company Lordos United Plastics Public Ltd (the "Company"), following the circular of the Cyprus Stock Exchange ("CSE") dated 08 April 2020 and number 13-2020 and the circular of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission dated 31 March 2020 and No. E374 on the submission and publication of financial results within the period provided by the CSE Law and the Transparency Directive, would like to inform its shareholders, the investing public and any other interested parties that there might be a delay in the submission and disclosure of the Company's financial results for the year ended 31 December 2019. The delay is caused in view of the fact that the Company is unable currently to convene any meetings to present and approve its results due to the restrictive measures undertaken by the Government to tackle the current situation. The submission and publication of the financial results is expected to take place in June 2020 within 2 months from the deadline.
