Notification of majority shareholding - Holberg Fenger Holding A/S (clarification)

We refer to TK Development's stock exchange announcement no. 1/2009, in which we passed on the notification from Holberg Fenger Holding A/S to the effect that the company had acquired shares in TK Development A/S, and that its shareholding accordingly exceeded 5 % of the share capital of TK Development A/S.

Today, TK Development has received a new notification from Holberg Fenger Holding A/S in which the company has added that its shareholding in TK Development A/S totalled 1,451,888 shares as at 23 December 2008, equal to 5.17 % of the share capital.
