**Serviceware’s new acquisition cubus (Serviceware Performance) again highly awarded and successful**  

– Top ranking in the BARC BI Survey 2019

– Strong base in France supports Serviceware’s international expansion

– First major customer from France acquired for Serviceware Group

  

**Bad Camberg, 05 November 2019.** Serviceware SE (“Serviceware”, ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has been awarded for its Business Intelligence/Corporate Performance management solution “Serviceware Performance”. Serviceware Performance ranked among the very top performers in the famous BARC BI Survey 2019. Serviceware Performance took top place in more than two dozen categories, including the sixth consecutive year for support quality. The BARC BI Survey 2019, which is the largest and most comprehensive survey in the world, also awarded the company top place for customer satisfaction with a real world-class re-recommendation rate of 100%. Serviceware Performance is the name given to cubus AG, acquired in mid-2019, with a total of approx. 40 employees. The integration process is running extremely smoothly and even faster than expected.  

The high customer satisfaction levels and the top positions in so many BARC BI categories once again this year go hand in hand with a positive operating growth and success in customer acquisition. For example, cubus/Serviceware Performance recently succeeded in acquiring the first French key account client for the Serviceware Group. This is a major infrastructure provider in the telecommunications sector. The new customer expresses the excellent market position that cubus/Serviceware Performance has built up in France in recent years. Serviceware will use this strong operating base in future for the Group’s international expansion. In recent years, Serviceware has already entered markets in the UK, Spain, Scandinavia and the Netherlandsm going beyond German-speaking countries, and France is now another major European software market to be addressed.  

In total, almost 200 customers worldwide now rely directly on Serviceware Performance. Serviceware Performance now enjoys a foreign share of more than 40 percent. Sales have grown at double-digit rates so far this year and cubus/Serviceware Performance has made a significant positive contribution to Group earnings. Dynamic growth is also expected to continue for the remainder of the year, with cross-selling and the exploitation of synergy potential gaining in importance.
