BLUE - Board of Directors to meet on 10/6/2020 to approve final ²⁰¹⁹ results and set the AGM date

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, 10th of June 202011:00, at the company's registered office, 10 Polyfimou Street, Strovolos lndustrialArea to:

• 1. Examine and approve the final audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31st, 2019.
• 1. Set the date of the shareholders Annual General Meeting.

The reason for the delay in the completion and audit of the financial statements are the measures taken to address the COVID-19 pandemic.
