Subject: Approval and publication of the Annual Financial Report of Ellinas Finance Public Company Limited for the year ended December 31, 2019
At present, Ellinas Finance Public Company Ltd (the "Company"), would like to inform the investing public that due to the necessary restrictive measures taken to address the Covid-19 pandemic and the consequences it has caused, the Company is not able to prepare, approve and publish its Annual Financial Report for the financial year 2019, within 4 months from the end of the financial year (until the end of April 2020). The Annual Financial Statement includes the final audited financial statements of the Group and the Company.
The Company will follow with a new announcement to set a date for the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the approval of the Annual Financial Report for the year that ended on December 31, 2019.
