Further to the circulars of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and the Cyprus Stock Exchange regarding the deadline for the publication of the annual financial reports of issuers, the Company wishes to inform investors that due to the measures taken to address the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a delay in the approval, publication and submission of the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31/12/2019.
