Subject: Impacts on the operations of MEGA PRINT COLOURS BY ROLANDOS LIMITED, subsidiary company of ROLANDOS ENTERPRISES PUBLIC LIMITED ("the Company")

With regards to the above matter, we would like to inform you that due to the spread of Coronavirus and the consequent negative impact on the Cyprus economy, the activities of our subsidiary company, MEGA PRINT COLOURS BY ROLANDOS LIMITED ("the Subsidiary Company"), were greatly affected and therefore the Board of Directors has decided to terminate the operations of the Subsidiary Company with effect from 1 June 2020.

We note that a relevant announcement regarding the decision of the Company has been sent to the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
