SUBJECT: notification about disposal of the Company's shares by the instructed person

According to article 464, of the Capital Market Law, AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: Company) publishes this information on the disposal of the Company's shares by the instructed person.

Management Board member, Mr. Mladen Peroš, on the 3^rd of March 2017 disposed 7.795 (in words: seven thousand seven hundred ninety-five) shares of the Company, ticker ADPL-R-A, based on the Sales and Purchase agreement, for a total of 1,200,000.00 kunas, at the average price of 153.94 kunas per share. The disposed shares represent 0.1856% of the share capital of the Company. After this disposal, Mr. Mladen Peroš owns the total number of 18,595 shares of the Company.
