Subject: Notification of the held Management Board meeting

Pursuant to Article 121 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Valamar Riviera d.d. with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB) 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that the Management Board meeting was held on 22 February 2017, during which the audited quarterly financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2016 and the Company's audited annual financial statements for 2016 were determined.

Pursuant to Article 300d of the Companies Act, the audited annual financial statements for 2016 have been submitted to the Supervisory Board for review and approval.
