HPB, plc (hereafter: Bank) informs investment community that Croatian national bank, on February 10 2017, issued a prior approval to perform the function of a member of the Bank's Supervisory Board – to the members elected by the Bank's General Assembly's Decision on January 30 2017. Term of office will last for a maximum of 6 months from the date on which the prior approval was issued.

As of February 11 2017, Supervisory Board consists of three members:
