In accordance with the article 459 of the Capital Markets Act Hrvatska Poštanska Banka ("the Bank" hereafter) informs investment community that by the Resolution of Commercial Court in Zagreb 97.R1-395/16 is received in the Bank on 03 February 2017 the Bank's Supervisory Board has been nominated for a period from 01 February 2017 to 10 February 2017. The Supervisory Board consists of the following persons: Dražen Kobas from Lučko, Ježdovečka 1, Nada Karaman Aksentijević from Rijeka, Hosti 7 and Niko Raič from Zagreb, Horvaćanska Road 25.

At the constituting Supervisory Board's meeting Dražen Kobas has been elected as the President and Nada Karaman Aksentijević as the Vice-President of the Supervisory Board.
