HMS Bergbau AG: Swiss company and US company purchase interest in the Silesian Coal International Group of Companies S.A.
Berlin, 5 December 2019: The Management Board of HMS Bergbau AG, one of the leading independent raw materials marketing and trading companies in Germany and the principal shareholder of the Silesian Coal International Group of Companies S.A. (“Silesian Coal”), announces that a Swiss and a US investor will purchase a participation in the Silesian International Group of Companies S.A. The newly created shares stem from the conversion of a convertible bond issued in 2015. Following the transaction, HMS Bergbau AG will hold 60.18, the US investor 20.00, and the Swiss company 19.15 percent of Silesian Coal.
