Publication of the Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period ended 30/06/2019 and the Audited Financial Report for 2019

We hereby inform the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the public that the publication of Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period ended 30/06/2019 will take place as soon as possible and before the end of July 2020.

The Board of the Directors would hereby like to inform the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the public that it is making every possible effort towards the publication of the Audited Financial Report for 2019 and that the relevant announcement is expected to be made not later than $31/10/2020$ .
