Louis plc: Purchase of a Cruise Ship

Nicosia, 16 July 2020

Louis plc announces that through a subsidiary company, it has entered into an agreement with Costa Crociere S.p.A. for the purchase of the cruise ship Costa neoRomantica on favourable terms. The delivery of the cruise ship and the completion of the agreement is expected to take place during the second half of August 2020.

The new cruise ship was built in 1993 whereas in 2012 she underwent a significant transformation which included the addition of new well-appointed cabins with balconies, as well as new public areas in order to meet the high expectations of today's travellers.

The cruise ship is 220 meters in length with a gross tonnage of 56.796 and 789 cabins.
