We wish to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of ΑΙΑΝΤΑS INVESTMENT PUBLIC LTD, held on Thursday, July 16, 2020 approved the following:
a) The Directors' Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2018.
b) The maintaining of the position of all the Board members.
c) The remuneration of the Board members.
d) The reappointment of KPMG Limited as auditors for 2019 and the authorization of the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
