Subject: HRVATSKA POŠTANSKA BANKA, plc - Notification on Conclusion by the Government of the Republic of Croatia

We hereby inform the investment community, that due to expired term-of-office of current HPB, plc's (in further text: the Bank) Supervisory Board members, the Government of the Republic of Croatia has, during a session held on December 14 2016, issued a Conclusion by which the Bank's General Assembly is suggested to elect dr. sc. Željko Lovrinović and Mrs. Marijana Vuraić Kudeljan to Supervisory Board, for a term-of-office of six months.

In addition, Bank has received a proposal by the shareholder HP-Hrvatska pošta d.d. to elect Mrs. Marijana Miličević to the Supervisory Board.

Management Board and Supervisory Board have initiated the selection process of new Supervisory Board members.
