Subject: Notification of disposal of own shares
AD PLASTIK d.d., Solin, Matoševa 8, (hereinafter: the Company) in accordance with clause 430 of Capital Market Law hereby publishes notification on disposal of 93 own shares (0,0022 % of the share capital) on December, 13, 2016, based on the Agreement on the transfer of own shares of the Company, concluded with the employee of the Company, in acccordance with the decision of the Management Board of the Company taken at the meeting held on December 08, 2016, as an award for successful work.
After this disposal, the total number of own shares of the Company amounts to 27.864, which represents 0,663 % of the share capital of the Company.
