Subject: Notification of conclusion of Agreement pertaining to the management of hospitality facilities and amenities with the company IMPERIAL d.d.

Pursuant to Article 459 of the Capital Market Act and Article 2 of the Ordinance on Disclosure of Inside Information Which Directly Concerns the Issuer and on Determining the Legitimate Interests of the Issuer for the Delay in Disclosure, the company Valamar Riviera d.d., with registered office in Poreč, 1 Stancija Kaligari, personal identification number (OIB): 36201212847 (hereinafter: the Company) hereby announces that it has concluded an Agreement pertaining to the management of hospitality facilities and amenities with the company IMPERIAL d.d. with registered office in Rab, 2 Jurja Barakovića. The said Agreement will be applied as of 1 January 2017.
